Getting Started

MEMBERSHIP & PRICING

We simply offer two flexible membership options:

  • Annual ATLAS Elite: RM1,199 + RM50 admin fee (equivalent to RM99.9/month)
  • Monthly ATLAS Elite: RM220/month + RM50 admin fee (first month only)

What's included in my membership?
Everything! Your ATLAS Elite membership includes:

  • Unlimited 24/7 gym access to all equipment
  • ALL group fitness classes
  • RM30/month F&B credit (annual members only)
  • Mobile app access
  • Guest passes
  • Fitness assessments
  • Zero hidden fees

What are the opening hours?

We're open and staffed 24/7, 365 days a year.

Unlike other 24-hour gyms that are unstaffed overnight, ATLAS has at least 1 staff member on-site at all times

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No! We believe in earning your membership every day. Memberships have no lock-in contracts. You're free to cancel anytime with proper notice.

What is the minimum age to join?

Members must be at least 14 years old. Members under 18 need parent/guardian authorization.

Do I need a medical clearance?

While not required for general membership, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions. Medical clearance is mandatory for pregnant members attending classes

What should I bring on my first visit?

  • Photo ID (for registration)
  • Athletic shoes and workout clothes
  • Water bottle (or purchase at our facility)

What facilities do you have?

  • Cardio Theater: Premium cardio machines
  • Strength Circuit: Complete Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment
  • Free Weight Zone: Full dumbbell sets (1-60kg), Olympic platforms, specialty bars
  • Functional Training Area: Battle ropes, kettlebells, sleds, medicine balls
  • Three Group Fitness Studios: For HIIT, Yoga, Functional training/circuits and Reformer Pilates
  • Changing Rooms: With lockers, showers, and saunas
  • Retail Store: Protein, pre-workout, vitamins and accessories

What brands of equipment do you use?

We use premium, commercial-grade equipment including Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Ziva - the same quality you'd find in gyms charging 2-3x our price.

Is there parking?

Yes! We have 50+ parking spaces with easy access to the building

Group Classes

Are classes included in my membership?

Yes! All group fitness classes are included at no extra cost

What classes do you offer?

  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
  • Yoga
  • Reformer Pilates
  • Mat Pilates
  • Functional Fitness

Our trainers determine the specifics of their classes so be sure to try out as many as possible to get a feel for what you enjoy the most!

Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes, for classes you must book through our app (available on iOS and Android). Classes are released 3 days in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee space if the class is fully booked

What's your class cancellation policy?

You must cancel at least 3 hours before class start time to avoid a RM15 late cancellation fee. This ensures other members have the opportunity to attend if they are on a waitlist

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Annual memberships purchased at full price can be transferred. Visit the gym with the new member to complete a Membership Transfer Form. Note: Promotional/discounted memberships cannot be transferred.

What if I forget my key fob?

You can enter without your key fob by using the bluetooth function through our app.

Yes! Members receive guest passes periodically so you are more than welcome to bring friends and

Can I freeze/suspend my membership?

Annual Members: Up to 4 weeks suspension with 7 days written notice. Longer suspensions require documentation (medical certificate, travel proof, etc.). Suspension time is added to your membership term.

Monthly Members: Minimum 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks suspension with 7 days notice. Suspension time added to membership term.

Are annual memberships refundable?

No, annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased. However, you may transfer your membership to another person (conditions apply) or freeze it for medical/emergency reasons with documentation.

What happens if I want to cancel my monthly membership?

Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime and your membership remains active until the end of that month.

How do you ensure member safety?

  • Staff present 24/7 for immediate assistance
  • Comprehensive CCTV coverage throughout facility
  • Panic/duress buttons in key locations
  • Staff are CPR and First Aid certified
  • Clear emergency response protocols

What are the gym rules?

  • Towels are mandatory for hygiene
  • Fully enclosed, clean sports shoes required (no boots, heels, or sandals)
  • Wear appropriate athletic clothing (singlet/t-shirt, shorts/pants)
  • Return weights to racks after use
  • Allow others to "work in" during your sets
  • No dropping or banging weights unnecessarily

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Online banking transfer
  • Direct debit (for monthly memberships)
  • Atome and Grabpay

Is there an establishment/joining fee?

Yes, there's a one-time RM50 administration fee covering membership setup, key fob, and administrative costs.

Do annual members get any additional benefits?

  • RM30/month F&B credit
  • Better value (RM99.9/month equivalent vs RM220/month)
  • Priority access during peak times

When will I be charged for monthly memberships?

Monthly memberships are charged on the same date each month via direct debit. You'll receive a notification before each charge.

How do I sign up?

You can join three ways:

  1. Online: Sign up through our website 24/7
  2. In-Person: Visit during staffed hours for a tour and signup
  3. Pre-Launch: Register for founding member rates before we open
